“I definitely feel like I understand a ton more about these topics and strategies now that I’ve taken this course. Since I identify as a white woman, it was extremely helpful to learn about these topics, especially from someone who identifies as a strong black woman. A lot of time, determining strategies to give to strong black women is harder for me personally, but the self-determination piece is really value here. I think hearing more about topics that I know a surface level amount about helps with these difficulties.”
